Talking ‘bout BOOKS

Finally finished ‘Captain Corelli’s Mandolin’ just in time for next Tuesday Book Club. It will be interesting to find out what the others thought of it, if indeed they managed to get anywhere near the end. I have just started ‘The Shifting Fog’ by Kate Morton, slightly sentimental but easy reading.

Hi Angie - I rather like Kate Morton's books, so I was pleased to see one I'd not heard of before. Went to look it up on Amazon, and discovered that I've already read it, as it was published under a different name in the UK - The House at Riverton. Really annoys me when publishers to this!
