Any old iron? I picked these two iron bar stools up from the side of the road yesterday. Knocked the seats out & popped in some pots with various cacti in - what do you think? Should I clean them, paint them or just leave as is? (The bar stools not the cacti!)

How cool! They look great just as they are.
Great find. I really admire this kind of creative recycling. They look fine just the way they are. I've seen other found metal framework (like bikes, bed springs) painted white and that really shows off the flower colors. Me, I think I'd be too lazy.
