"Luckily" my mother's Alzheimer's is the early stages of late onset, so she is still at home (we live together) and it will be some time before she reaches the point where she cannot remain at home.
IO want to enjoy every moment with the "her" that is my mother before she slips away from me.
I love the photo of your Mom.
While moving (we are just in the final stages of moving from one house to a handicapped unit in our co-op) I found some old photo we hadn't seen in a long time. I have to scan them and get them uploaded.
The garden looks pretty happy...maybe a little cooler now? I love the photo of your mum...isn't it nice to remember how they - and we - were so young in the sunshine?
That's a lovely photo of your Mum. It looks like she was having so much fun in front of the camera. You have a great supply in your vegetable patch for stir-frys! x

Nice tribute to your mum and an excellent angle on this week's theme. Happy Mother's Day.
