Are you buying or selling?
The realtor is doing a nice job of selling you as a tenant to be valued. You have created a lovely little home. And talk about location! Wow!
Oh no Angie, that's the worst hey, you get it all gorgeous and then they go and sell on you. You'll have to try and put prospective buyers off somehow haha!
