Huh you should see how bad it is in London. The one thing I can never adjust to. Left on bus seats, the tube, wherever people walk. I'm like you why can't they take it with them.
I couldn't agree more with you Angie. Maybe we need more bins but a lot of the time you see bins empty and the rubbish just chucked near them. Makes you wonder what their homes are like.
