Talking 'bout Books & Shadow Shot Sunday

I was into training last week.

With the price of cigarettes going sky high one hopes that this young man will STOP smoking and maybe learn to read! Talking about reading, I have just started 'The Lost Quilter' by Jennifer Chiaverini. 'Vanishing Acts' by Jodi Picoult was very intense but a good read.

Great shadow shots for the day! So nice and crisp, must mean lots of lovely sunshine! Hope you're enjoying a great weekend!

Nice and bright make for fantastic shadows. I can almost feel the warmth! I like the fence shadows on the brick.

Happy Sunday!

Had to enlarge the bottom photo, but then chuckled at your words. Funny photo & good Shadow Shot.

Nice idea to capture some shadows on a train. I like the second one too! I've noticed that many people ignore those 'no smoking' signs...

Let's hope he stops smoking. It's so bad for his health.

The training shot is great, and I love the shadows on the walkway.

Isn't it amazing how we see shadows everywhere now?

Love the "illiterate smoking guy" and your comment. Nice shadows, too.

Lovely shadows on the train. Where did all the people go?

We've just created 'no smoking' zones in our parks. Wonder if the signs will be as effective as that one?

I like the plaid created by the fence and bricks. Too bad so many kids still think smoking is cool.
