Brodie certainly looks happy--in all the shots!

IF YOU SEE A SHADOW

If you see a shadow
And want to keep it near,
Point your trusty shooter
(Make sure the lens is clear);
Press with care the shutter,
Do not slam or sock it—
Then you’ll have a photo
To carry in your pocket!

The seaweed sits in a large pile, massive on the beach. The shadow that rises above that, the wave happy. We see a happy lad worthy of all the attention that he receives on such a happy occasion...

Angie, thank you so much for visiting my site. I love the shadow 'wave'picture - also hope Brodie had a great birthday. The Newport where you once lived would be near Abergavenny in South Wales? There is also another Newport in Shropshire which is nearer to us - about 30 miles away. This world gets smaller :) have a lovely day!

Cool photo, it looks as though the shadow is rising out of the seaweed.
