Why does Yanchep/Two Rocks have to have it's bulk rubbish pickup just before Christmas?

One of those items is probably wrapped up under someone's xmas tree by now!
I guess it's helpful to clear out before the house is filled with new gifted stuff.
I like the legs on your old chair. They don't make 'em like that any more.
