Looks fabulous as a macro shot Angie, this would have been a perfect Ruby Tuesday shot :) I saw the specialist on Monday and he's worked out a management plan which means lots of keeping off it, that's not going to be easy.. anti-inflammitories and physio. I'm booked to fly to Sydney in four weeks, wonder how that's going to work out :)
