Not really Yellow - the best I could do. I pulled a muscle in my back yesterday and have to lay down with a hot pack and read. I'm finding this book very amusing (it hurts to laugh out loud).
Later this evening: Finished the book, very interesting and enlightening. Very hot today - 99F, 37C (even hotter on my back!)

I've also had good success with putting ice on a sore back. First time I tried it, I thought I was going to die from cold, but it did the trick!
