Here is my hot little house, I'm out the back under the shade of the trees.
PS - I've just hit 1,000 blog posts!!!

Given the thermometer in the photos in the post below, I wonder if that means some warmer weather is headed our way. It's cold here today, I'm wearing a jumper, and there's not a shadow to be seen. What are you reading in the shade outside?

Nice one! Escaping the heat under the shade of trees is the best. Much better than air con! Have a great week :)

Really? Your house was so hot that you had to seek refuge outside? With the starkness of those shadows, I can just imagine the sun bearing down!

MANY SHADOW-SEEKERS SAY

Many shadow-seekers say,
“Oh, the one that got away!”
Why are you so uptight, folks?
Can’t you take light’s little jokes?

Stay cool in the shade! It's 32degrees here.....but I'm talking Farenheit! Zero degrees Centigrade!

Looking closely, there are amazing shadow shapes everywhere. And a lot of textures I'd like to reach out and touch. The weathered wicker is especially tempting.
