Gee, I hate seeing discarded fishing line and hooks on the beaches Angie. Seen all too often the damage it does, not only a danger to us but also to the fish and birds.
People are the pits when they litter, especially with potentially dangerous things. A swim in the lagoon has to be a pretty special way to start the day Angie
