The Wednesday What's It

Can you guess what this is? Answer tomorrow.

Very sad news - a devastating fire that destroyed more than 30 homes near the pretty West Australian wheatbelt town of Toodyay has been declared a state natural disaster. Thank goodness today was so much cooler.

Underneath all that green stuff in B&Bs garden I found this, a Butternut Pumkin.(Should that thumb be green or what?!!)

At first, I thought it was branches hanging over water. But I was intrigued by the odd shapes on the branches and clicked on to see it better. The background is a plastered wall! I still don't know what the branches are, though. You have such different plants.

Are they Xmas lights?
Very clever photo.

So sad for the people who lost their homes in the fire. Not a nice Xmas present :(

I too am happy for the cooler weather. We have visitors from NZ here and they too are happy for the temperature drop.

On the home front we are counting our sleeps to when our lease expires so we can move on from this disaster :)

best wishes for the new year and thank you for your visits to me :)
